
The chilly zhinga fry. Everyone likes to eat this dish. Really chilly zhinga fry is a yummy & spicy. Generally we would like to eat with rice. Please try this recipe and share your comments.
Ingredients:

| 4 | Ginger-Garlic pastes | 1 tsp |
| 5 | Red chili powder | 1/2 tsp (adjust as per taste) |
| 6 | Garam masala | 1/2 tsp |
| 7 | Salt | to taste |
| 8 | Turmeric | 1/4 |
| 9 | Green chilies | 4 slits |
| 10 | Chopped coriander to garnish | |
| 11 | Kasuri Methi (fenugreek ) leaves |
Preparation:
- Soak prawns in water and thoroughly rinse under water 4-5 times.
- Peel skin of shrimps add salt rub slightly and wash with fresh water for 4 times.
- Marinate prawns with red chilly powder,salt,turmeric powder, and ginger-garlic paste.
- Boil marinated prawns. Prawns get cooked fast.
- Take a thick non-stick flat pan (tava).
- Add oil and fry sliced onions till they turn into golden brown.
- Add green chilly and curry leaves. Mix to gather.
- Add cooked prawns. Keep on low flame.
- Add Kasuri Methi leaves. (Fenugreek).
- Keep on stirring, avoid from getting burnt.
- Finely add. Garam masala powder. Remove from flame.
- Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with roti or rice.
