CHILLY ZHINGA FRY


       The chilly  zhinga fry. Everyone likes to eat this dish. Really chilly  zhinga fry is a yummy & spicy. Generally we would like to eat with rice. Please try this recipe and share your comments. 





Ingredients:

4Ginger-Garlic pastes1 tsp
5Red chili powder1/2 tsp (adjust as per taste)
6Garam masala1/2 tsp
7Saltto taste
8Turmeric1/4
9Green chilies4 slits
10Chopped coriander to garnish
11Kasuri Methi (fenugreek ) leaves

                             
                                       


 Preparation: 
  1.  Soak prawns in water and thoroughly rinse under water  4-5 times.
  2.  Peel skin of shrimps add salt rub slightly and wash with  fresh water for 4 times.
  3.  Marinate prawns with red chilly powder,salt,turmeric  powder, and ginger-garlic paste.
  4.  Boil marinated prawns. Prawns get cooked fast.
  5. Take a thick non-stick flat pan (tava).
  6. Add oil and fry sliced onions till they turn into golden brown.
  7. Add green chilly and curry leaves. Mix to gather.
  8. Add cooked prawns. Keep on low flame.
  9. Add Kasuri  Methi leaves. (Fenugreek).
  10. Keep on stirring, avoid from getting burnt.
  11. Finely add. Garam masala powder. Remove from flame.
  12. Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with roti or rice.
