SWEET EGG BREAD TOAST RECIPE

Easy Delicious Bread Toast Recipe




Ingredients
  • 6 or 7 Plain Bread Slices 
  • 2 tbsp Ghee or Oil for frying.
  • Sugar- 4 teaspoons
  • Grated Almonds  2table spoons
  • 2 Eggs
  • Cardamom Powder-1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk- 125 ml

METHOD-

Crack the eggs into the bowl,and whisk well to combine,
Add 4 teaspoons sugar and mix together desolved
Add milk and cardamom powder mix well
Heat the fry pan put on medium flame 
Pour Ghee Or Oil .Dip the Bread slices into egg and milk mixture and coat them well. Place on the fry pan one by one 
Pour some egg batter on the top of the slices .Pour ghee and Flip.
Fry both side till golden brown ,transfer into serving plate. 
Garnish with grated almonds
Repeat same method with remaining bread slices. Serve hot

How to Make Maramarala Mxture/ Spicy Puffed Rice Salad

Maramarala Mixture/ Spicy Puffed Rice Salad


Ingredients:


1. Puffed rice/Murilu/Maramaralu – 2 cups,
  2. Onion  1 – finely chopped,
 3. Tomato 1 – finely chopped, 
4. Coriander– finely chopped 2 tbsps, 
5. Lime juice - 1 tsp, 
6.Raw mango – Grated 1 tbsp,
7.Roasted Peanuts - 3 tbsp, 
8.Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp ,
9.Coriander powder -1/2 tsp (optional),
10.Jeera Powder-1/4,
 11. Aloo Bhujia-1/4 cup(optional),12.Salt to taste

Method-


Take a Big bowl add Onions,Tomato,Grated Raw Mango,Coriander Chillies. Salt,Red Chilli powder, Jeera and Coriander powders. Mix all these well, Now Add  Puffed Rice / Maramaralu, Roasted Pea Nuts and Juice of a Lime.  Mix well Top with the Aloo  Sev, Serve Immediately .

Simple Chicken Manchurian - Chicken Recipes

Here is a Recipe of Chicken Manchurian fry try and eat it either with noodles,pulka,chapati and fried rice...







Ingredients-

  1.  Boneless chicken,-250 grams cut into fine pieces .
  2. Corn flour - 1 (1/2 tsp for paste)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Tomato sauce-1 tsp
  5. Oil for deep frying
  6. Pepper powder -1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  8. Soya sauce -1 tsp
  9. Green chilli paste,
  10. Ginger-garlic paste1/4 tsp
  11. Maida /all purpose flour - 1 tsp
  12.  Egg white -1
  13. Finely onions1/2 cup
  14. Finely chopped garlic 1/2 tbsp
  15. Chopped green chillis-1tbsp.

          METHOD -
  •  Clean and wash chicken marinate with above ingredients and keep aside for 30 mnts.
  • Heat oil in a pan..Once the oil is hot reduce to medium heat .Slowly drop the chicken pieces into the pan.
  • Increase flame to high .Deep fry till golden brown.
  • Scoop out with a slotted spoon..
  • Drain on observant paper.
  • Heat 1 spoon of oil in a pan . add chopped garlic and stir.
  • Add onions and green chillies,saute on low flame for 2 mnts.
  • Add tomato sauce.Keep stiring.
  • Add soya sauce and green chilli sauce .Combine well and cook for 2 mnts .
  • Now add salt and 1/2 cup of water.Cook for 2- 3 mints.
  • Add fried chicken pieces to this mixture.And cook for 4 mints on low flame.
  • Add the cornflour water and cook(Mix 1/2  tsp corn flour with 2 tbsp water).
  • Pour the corn flour mixture over the chicken,stir continuously.
  • Cook for 3 mints till sauce turns slightly thick .
  • Turn off flame,place in a serving bowl.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot .

Crispy Tandoori Chicken in Microwave - Indian Restaurant Style.

 Tandoori chicken is traditional Indian populour dish.One of India's hottest selling food.Tandoori Chicken served with fresh onion slices and green chutney .Learn how to make tandoori chicken in oven.


Ingredients -

1.Chicken  -2 pieces skinless 
(Breast which include the wing)
2.Tandoori masala powder -1 teaspoon
2. Yogurt-2 teaspoon
3. Chill powder-1 teaspoon
4.Kasuri methi (crushed) -1 teaspoon
5.Salt - 1 teaspoon
6.Red food colour -2 drops                                             
7.Lemon juice- 2 teaspoons
8.Butter-2 teaspoons
9.Olive oil-2 teaspoons
10.Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
11.Coriander powder-1 teaspoon


Method -
  1. Clean,wash and pat dry the chicken.
  2. Cut deep slashes using a sharp knife.
  3. Prick the flesh of chicken all over with a fork.
  4. I st marinade -Take a small bowl add one spoon of lemon juice,yoghurt one teaspoon ,salt 1/2 teaspoon and red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon .
  5. Mix well all together.
  6. Apply the marinade mixture over the chicken.
  7. And rub it into the flesh turning the chicken several times.
  8. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  9. 2nd marinade- Take a large bowl .
  10. Add (remaining ingredients)
  11. Yogurt,tandoori masala powder,red chilly powder,ginger garlic paste,pepper powder, kasuri methi,salt,coriander powder,lemon juice, red food color and olive oil.
  12. Mix them all together.
  13. Coat the mixture over the chicken,rub it into the flesh.turning the chicken several times.
  14. Keep covered the chicken for at least an one hour in the refrigerator.
  15. Remove chicken from the refrigerator, at least 30 minutes before baking.
  16. Place the chicken on the top of high rack .
  17. Place the rack on the roasting pan.
  18. Preheat oven to 210 degrees centigrade.
  19. Put the rack in the oven.Bake for 20 minutes.
  20. When the timer goes off,take them out of the oven.
  21. Turn the chicken pieces up side down.
  22. Apply butter over the chicken.
  23. Grill them for  40 to 50 minutes until the juices run  clear while turning 2 times.
  24. When the timer goes off.leave a standing time of 5  minutes and remove the rack from the oven
  25. Serve with onion and lemon rings....

Amla (gooseberry) pickle

The gooseberry season starts with the familiar green gooseberries. Use them to make a delicious gooseberry pickle.Indian gooseberry /Amla is very popular in Andhra,Gooseberry Pickle is a very healthy and Tasty. Indian Gooseberries are exceptionally rich in vitamin C.It is rich source of antioxidants, iron, vitamin A,  fiber, potassium, magnesium, calcium, etc.

Ingredients:

  1. Amla -500 grams.
  2. Oil-100 grams.
  3. Red chilies powder-1/2 cup.
  4. Mustard seeds powder -1/2 cup.
  5. Salt -1/2 cup.
  6. Lemon juice-1/2 cup.
  7. Red chilies - 4.                                       
  8. Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp.
  9. Garlic cloves- 6.






Preparation:                                      
                         
  • Wash and wipe the gooseberries and let them dry on a kitchen towel  for an one hour.
  • Heat gingelly oil in a kadai.
  • Add dried amlas one by one.
  •  Let the amlas cook on low flame for 10-12 mints Until they are slightly soft .
  • Turn of the gas, transfer the amlas to a plate.
  • Add red chilli powder,mustard seeds powder,and salt.
  • And mix all together.
  • Now add cooled amlas. 
  • Mix well,Now add lemon juice .
  • Heat oil in a pan (using oil in which I'd fried gooseberries).
  • Add mustard seeds,red chilies & garlic cloves when it turns to brown color.
  • Turn of the gas.
  • Allowed to cool completely,before adding it to the pickle.
  • Mix everything together and stir well.
  • Transfer this to an airtight container. 
  • Store in a fridge,and use after a week.

      How to Make perfect Rice in Microwave

      Cooking perfect  rice in microwave. Fluffy, perfectly evenly cooked rice from the microwave. 
                   
      Ingredients:
      1. Rice -1/2 cup
      2. Water-1,1/2 cups
      3. Salt to taste 


      Preparation: 
      1. Take a micro safe container add rice .
      2. wash a couple of times.
      3. Soak  rice for 30 minutes.
      4. Drain water from rice.
      5. Add 1,1/2 cups of water and salt to rice .
      6. Cover micro safe container with a lid.
      7. Place the container in the  microwave .
      8. Now Set the time on 100% microwave for 10 minutes.
      9. let rest covered 5 minutes.
      10. Open the lid care fully.
      11. Stir once and serve hot .
