OATS IDLI RECIPE



Oats idly with rava is one of the healthiest breakfast recipe.who look for weight loss.I have been making this weekly 3 times.oats are to help reduce the fat content and keep cholesterol levels in check.



INGREDIENTS:
  • Oats -1 cup.
  • Rava (Sooji)-cup.
  • Yoghurt -1/2 cup.
  • Baking powder [soda] -1/2.
  • Oil or ghee-2 tsp.
  • Salt-1/2 tsp.
 METHOD .       
1. Wash Sooji [Rava] , squeeze water from the Rava.
2. Add oats, salt, baking powder, and yoghurt mix together.
3. Keep aside for 15 minutes.





4. Grease micro proof idli maker with oil or ghee.






5. Pour 3 or 4 tablespoons of batter  in an each bowl.
6. Add 1 cup of water in the bottom of the steamer.
7. Place the idli [plates] bowls in a ring  of the steamer.
8. Microwave for 6 minutes on [720 w] if the idli appear wet.



9. Wait for 6 minutes. Give them standing time for a few minutes.

Enjoy hot oats  idlies  with any chutney or  sambar.
