Ingredients-
- Oats -200 grams.
- Powdered sugar -100gr.
- Flaked cashew and almonds -1/2 cup
- Butter or oil-100 grams.
- Wheat flour-200 grams.
- Baking powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Milk - 3 or 4 teaspoons
METHOD -
- Fry oats in a low flame for 3 minutes.
- Take a bowl. Add powdered sugar, butter or oil beat well,
- Add essence, whole wheat flour, baking powder and nuts mix well..
- Add milk 2 or 3 teaspoon make a soft dough.
- Roll a thick roti cut with the cookie cutter.
- Arrange cookies on greased non stick tava.
- Preheat oven, place the tava on high rack.
- Bake at 180c c for 20 minutes. Turn cookies,
