- Check your body fat content, If Knowing your body fat [content] percentage that can help you to maintain a  healthy lifestyle. Every One should burn their excess calories  by  doing exercises regularly. The tips of burning the calories as given below.
  1. You are not burning calories, everything you eat turns into fat.
  2. An easy way to cut the amount of fat in your diet is to avoid eating- sweets, ice creams, chips , pizza, burger, Biryani, red meats, animal organs like a brain, liver, heart, kidney and drinks extra. Most low-fat curds are about 42  calories per 100 gr.
  3. When you use oil or fat for cooking use as little as possible. Increase the  amount vegetables in your diet meals. Because vegetables do not have any cholesterol or fat they have less calories  .
  4. You can take on your diet fresh fruits, salads and nuts.
  5. Drink plenty of water, at least 2 liters
  6. Take a minimum 5 or 6 cups of green tea per day to be able to increase the good cholesterol [H D L] levels decreasing bad cholesterol [L D L] levels. 
  7. Oats-a good source of soluble fiber. Which helps reduce cholesterol  from your body , take about  2 cups of oats  in your daily diet,  that diet rich in fiber help in weight management . Can help you decreases total cholesterol.
  8. Garlic can help you-decreases total cholesterol you can take it as a supplement or take with salads  and also add with any meals in your diet.
  9. You can take honey 1 teaspoon with warm water add 1/2 spoon of lemon juice daily with empty stomach, also help purify blood  and decreasing  cholesterol levels.
  10.  Daily take 2 teaspoons of curry  leaves powder  can help you  decrease cholesterol levels.
