
- Wheat Flour-200 grams.
- Oats-200 grams.
- Powdered Sugar-100 grams.
- Flacked Cashews & Almonds -1/2 cup.
- Butter or Oil-100 grams.
- Vanilla Extract -4 OR 5 drops.
- Baking Powder-1/2 teaspoon.
- Milk- 3 or 4 teaspoons.
- Honey- 4 teaspoons.
METHOD:
- Fry oats on medium flame for 3 minutes. Let it cool.
- Take a bowl add powder sugar melted butter or oil and honey mix together.
- Add whole wheat flour, oats, baking powder and flaked nuts mix well .
- Add 3 or 4 tsp milk in which essence has been mixed .
- Mix all together and kneads well and roll a thick roti, cut with a cookies cutter.
- Arrange them on greased non stick tawa .
- Preheat oven . Bake for 20 minutes on 180 cc .
- Once the cookies are done, leave them to stand for a few minutes .
- When it's cool store in container ….!
