OATS COOKIES

     Cookies where most of them likes it starting from children. Here is a simple method to make cookies right in our home kitchen. There are so many varieties of cookies, coconut cookies, dry fruit cookies, Kaju (cashew) cookies However, oat cookies it gives you different taste. In addition, oats are very good for health it helps reduce cholesterol. Learn how to make oat cookies.    



INGREDIENTS :
  • Wheat Flour-200 grams.
  • Oats-200 grams.           
  •  Powdered Sugar-100 grams.
  • Flacked Cashews & Almonds -1/2 cup.
  • Butter or Oil-100 grams.
  • Vanilla Extract -4 OR 5 drops.
  • Baking Powder-1/2 teaspoon.
  • Milk- 3 or 4 teaspoons.
  • Honey- 4 teaspoons.
METHOD:
  1. Fry oats on medium flame for 3 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. Take a bowl add powder sugar melted butter or oil and honey mix together.
  3. Add whole wheat flour, oats, baking powder and flaked nuts mix well .
  4. Add 3 or 4 tsp milk in which essence has been mixed .
  5. Mix all together and kneads well and roll a thick roti, cut with a cookies cutter.
  6. Arrange them on greased non stick tawa .
  7. Preheat oven . Bake for 20 minutes on 180 cc .
  8. Once the cookies are done, leave them to stand for a few minutes .
  9.  When it's cool store in container ….!
