VEG CHEESE PIZZA

 Pizza is a popular [dish] snack food. Everyone likes to eat as a snack. The veg cheese pizza recipe is one of the  children’s favorite dishes. Every one at home love to enjoy for their breakfast or as an evening snack food. This is very easy to prepare in the microwave or on gas. Learn how to make veg cheese pizza.






INGREDIENTS
  • Ready made pizza base-2.
  • Capsicum -1 (cut into ½ ‘’square pieces).
  • Tomato chopped-1 or 2.
  • Onion chopped -1.
  • Butter or oil -2 or 3 t s p.
  • Red chilly tomato sauce-2 or 3 t s p.
  • Garlic paste- ½ t s p.
  • Pepper powder ½ t s p.
  • Salt-to taste.
  • Mozzarella (grated) cheese – ½ cup.

       


 METHOD :(Cooking in  Microwave)
  1. Take a microwave bowl add all vegetables sprinkle salt and 1 tsp of oil mix together.
  2. Cook in oven for 2 minutes Keep aside.
  3. Take a small bowl adds red chilly tomato sauce and garlic paste mix well.
  4. Brush bottom of pizza base with oil or butter.
  5. Spread tomato sauce on top of pizza.
  6. Arrange vegetables and grated cheese, sprinkle salt and pepper.
  7. Preheat oven on.
  8. Put the pizza base on a high rock.
  9. Bake for 6 minutes at 2200 C and grill for 3 minutes for crisp
                                            
  On Gas :
  1. Cook all the vegetables for 3 minutes keep aside.
  2. Take a small bowl, add tomato sauce, and garlic paste mix well.
  3. Heat non-stick tava. Brush pizza bottom and top with oil or butter.
  4. Spread tomato sauce on top of pizza. Arrange the vegetables, and grated mozzarella cheese.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  6. Place the pizza over the non stick tava.
  7. Keep in low flame. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil cover with lid.
  8. Check after 4 or 5 minutes.
  9. Now veg cheese pizza is  ready, serve hot with tomato sauce.
