How to make Aloo paratha Aloo Paratha

  I am giving here the recipe for Aloo paratha .Delicious Indian (flat bread) recipe. Aloo paratha's taste delicious with spicy yoghurt (dahi). Paratha's can be made plain or stuffed with many different fillings.

    



INGREDIENTS

  • Whole wheat flour - 2 cups .
  • Potatoes   -  3  (medium).
  • Onions Chopped  - 1 (small) .
  • Green Chilli chopped - 2.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oil-  4  tsp
  • Chat masala - 1/2  tablespoon. 
  • Chopped Coriander -2 tablespoon.


METHOD;


  1. Take a Bowl, mix whole-wheat flour, salt 1tsp oil, and water together to make soft dough.
  2. Cover it with a damp cloth; keep aside for 10 or 15 minutes.
  3. Wash Potatoes cut into half pieces and place them in water, with a pinch of salt.
  4. Boil in the pressure cooker and keep aside.
  5. Let it cool down.
  6. Peel the skin of potatoes ,
  7. Mash well heat 1 tsp oil in a  frying pan Add chopped onions, chilies fry for 1 minute
  8. Add mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves fry for 2 mints. Remove from flame
  9. Sprinkle chat masala keep aside.

                                                  
MAKING  OF ALOO  PARATHA

  • Divide the dough into 6 parts.
  • Also make the potato mixture into 6 balls
  • Take a quantity as a same
  • Roll the dough into three, 1/2 inch circles.
  • Place the potato balls in the center.
  • Seal the edges of the dough...
  • Make all six balls with stuffing.
  • Roll a Potato stuffed ball, with sprinkles of wheat flour both sides of paratha
  • Proceed to make six balls.
  • Heat non-stick tava or iron skillet.
  • Place the paratha over the skillet.
  • After a few seconds parata’s Colour is change you should see ,
  • Some Golden brown spots on the top side ,
  • Then flip the paratha.
  • After Few minutes spread oil 1 or 2 teaspoons on top of the paratha.
  • Flip Again pour one teaspoon of oil.
  • Now Aloo Paratha is ready.
