Aloo Bhujia Sev is a favorite snack for the children. This is crisp and yummy. Everyone likes to eat. Below is a simple step of making an Aloo Bhujia at home.
INGREDIENTS :
- Potatoes [Aloo] medium size-3
- Gram flour [besan] -1/2 cup.
- Chat masala powder -2 tsp.
- Citric acid [powder] -as per taste.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil-for deep fry
METHOD :
- Wash potatoes add 2 cups of water,
- Boil in a pressure cooker. After boiling it, remove it and keep aside to cool.
- After it cools, peel the skin of potatoes and mash with churner.
- Add gram flour and salt mix together.
- Heat oil in a deep pan.
- Take a sev making machine attach a sev net.
- Apply oil inside of the sev machine.
- Make a dough into 3 or 4 balls. Puts 1 ball [dough] in the machine and close.
- Press the machine put sev in hot oil [fry in a medium flame].
- Fry sev it turns into a golden color turn save make it crisp.
- Take out of oil.Place on a paper napkin sprinkle chat masala powder and citric acid after it cool.
- Keep it in the container.
