This is a very famous dish .Capsicum stuffed with qeema fry . It is a very spicy and tasty dish. Let us know how making capsicum stuffed with qeema fry .
- Mutton qeema-300 gr.
- Capsicum medium size -7.
- 0il -1 cup.
- Chopped onions-1 cup.
- Green chilies-3.
- Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp .
- Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
- Salt-1 tsp
- Cashew pieces for garnish.
- Coriander leaves- 1/2 bunch.
- Red chilly powder-1 tsp.
- Ginger garlic paste. 1-tsp
METHOD:
- Wash qeema, add chopped onions, green chili, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder,1/2 cup of oil, red chili powder and salt.mix together
- Pour 1 cup of water, cook on pressure cooker for about 3 whistles.
- Clean capsicum cut their edges upper side into 1 inch..
- Boil in the water for 5 minutes.
- Remove from water & strain
- Remove the cooker lid and keep aside qeema, to cool .
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Remove from flame.
- Fill the capsicum with qeema.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry stuffed qeema for 10 minutes.
- Remove from flame.
- Garnish with cashew nuts and chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with Roti or pulka and fried rice......!
