HOW TO MAKE ALOO PARATHA


Aloo paratha is a very tasty food. All age groups like to eat . Paratha can be made plain or stuffed. Without stuffing . But Aloo paratha stuffing is very tasty and Aloo paratha s can be stored  for 2 days . This is a children’s favorite snack food .






  INGREDIENTS:                                                         
  • Whole wheat flour-2 cups. 
  • Potatoes  [medium size] -3.        
  • Onions Chopped- ½ .
  • Green chilies chopped-2. 
  • Salt-1/2 tablespoon.
  •  Oil - 1/2 cup.
  • Chat masala-1/2 tablespoon .
  • Chopped coriander -2 tablespoon.                                 


METHOD:


  1. Take a bowl mix whole wheat flour, salt 2 tsp oil, and water to make a soft Dough.
  2. Cover It with a damp cloth, keep aside for 10 or 15 minutes.
  3. Wash Potatoes cut into half pieces and place them in water, with a pinch of salt.
  4. Boil In the pressure cooker and keep aside.
  5. Let it Cool down.
  6. Peel The skin of potatoes ,
  7. Mash Well heat 1 tsp oil in a  frying pan Add chopped onions, chilies fry for 1 minute
  8. Add Mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves fry for 2 mints. Remove from flame
  9. Sprinkle Chat masala keep aside .
MAKING OF ALOO PARATHA

  • Divide The dough into 6 parts.
  • Also Make potato mixture into 6 balls
  • Take a quantity as a same
  • Roll The dough into 3, 1/2 inch circles.
  • Place The potato balls in the center.
  • Seal the Edges of the dough..
  • Make All 6 balls with stuffing.
  • Roll a Potato stuffed ball, with sprinkles of wheat flour both sides of  paratha.
  • Proceed To make  6 balls .
  • Heat non stick tava or iron skillet .
  • Place The paratha over the skillet.
  • After A few second paratha’s color. Is changing.
  • Some Golden brown spots on the top side.
  • Then Flip paratha.
  • After Few minutes spread oil  1 or 2 teaspoon on top of paratha.
  • Flip Again, pour 1 teaspoon of oil
  • Flip again. 
  • Now Aloo Paratha s is ready.
