ALOO POTATOE (ROAST) IN MICROWAVE

     Aloo (potato) roast is one of the kid’s favorite veggie fry.Aloo roast is Crisp, golden brown roast. Aloo potatoes straight from the oven – delicious. Making the perfect roast potatoes isn't difficult as you can see in this super-easy recipe.



Ingredient-

  1. Potatoes-3.
  2. Red chilly powder-1 teaspoon.
  3. Salt as per taste.
  4. Curry leaves-1 bunch. 
  5. Turmeric powder-a pinch of.
  6. Oil -1 teaspoon.
  7. Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon.
  8. Garlic flakes- 4.

METHOD:
  • Peel the skin of potatoes,wash and cut into small pieces .
  • Take a micro safe bowl.
  • Add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and oil mix well.
  • Add curry leaves, oil, mustard seeds and garlic flakes.
  • Mix all together.
  • Cover, and microwave for 4 minutes on 900 w.
  • Stir gently, and microwave again for 4  minutes more until the pieces are crisp.
  • Now Aloo roast is ready.
  • Serve this with rice or roti.

KARELA (BITTER GOURD) FRY

   Karela or Bitter gourd fry. It is very good for diabetic.Reduce sugar levels. Which helps to control blood sugar levels by increasing the action of insulin in the body. Very easy to make. Try this recipe how to make (fry) karela or bitter gourd recipe.


      
INGREDIENTS
  • Karela [bitter gourd] -4
  • Red chilly powder-1  ½ t s p.
  • Coriander powder-1  ½ t s p.
  • Turmeric powder- 1/4 t s p.
  • Oil -2 or 3 t b s p.
  • Roasted cumin seeds powder-11/2 t s p.
  • Mustard -1/2 t s p
  • Chopped onion -1
  • Jagger (grated) -50 grams.
  • Green chili-2
METHOD
  1. Scrape off the scaly skin of the karelas.
  2. Cut and remove all the seeds and cut into small pieces.
  3. Keep them immersed in salt and tamarind water for about 30 minutes.
  4. Drain off the water from the karelas.
  5. Add red chilly powder, turmeric, cumin seeds powder, and coriander powder.
  6. Mix together and keep aside.
  7. Heat oil in a  kadai [pan] add mustard seeds cumin seeds, crushed garlic, chopped onion and green chili, fry till it browns.
  8. Add karelas and jaggery and little water allow simmering on a low flame.
  9. Add tamarind paste.
  10. To make the flame high, stir, and make it dry.
  11. Remove from flame.
  12. Serve.
