Dates are one of the very best sweet. Dates taste almost like honey. They have a sweet taste, but not too sweet. In my opinion they are very good, and have many health benefits. Many Muslims break their fast by eating dates and water according to their cultural traditions. Breaking fast by eating dates helps avoid over eating of food after the fast is finished. When the body begins to absorb the high nutritional value of the dates, feelings of hunger are pacified. Try Dates pudding recipe on this Ramadan month.
