MUTTON KABAB RECIPE

 Kebabs are different types. There are sheikh Kebab, Afghani Kebab, mutton kebabs and shrimp Kebab many more varieties in kebabs. But delicious mutton kabab gives a different taste. Mutton Kebab a delight for all cookery lovers. Here’s a chance for mutton kebab  lovers .Learn how to make mutton kebabs.                                                    

Ingredients:

2Roasted gram flour50 grams
3Ginger garlic paste1 tsp

7Salt to taste
8Oil – For fry
9Coriander leavesHandful

11Garam masala powder1 tsp
12Lemon juice1 tsp
13Chopped onion1
Method:
  1. Wash mutton adds salt, red chilly, turmeric powder, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
  2.  Mix together. Add 1 cup of water , cook till water is absorbed and meat is tender.
  3.  Remove from flame, keep aside. 
  4. Add coriander leaves , coriander powder, garam masala powder, green chilly to meat .
  5. Grind meat into a fine paste. 
  6. Add chopped onion to meat dough and mix well.
  7. Pat the mince mixture in hands, and stick it to the toothpick like a sheikh Kebab. 
  8. Heat oil in a pan.and deep fry kebabs till golden brown. 
  9. Serve hot with onions and lemon .
