Ingredients:

| 2 | Roasted gram flour | 50 grams |
| 3 | Ginger garlic paste | 1 tsp |
| 4 | Green chilies | 3 |
| 5 | Red chili powder | 1 tsp |
| 6 | Turmeric | 1/4 |
| 7 | Salt to taste | |
| 8 | Oil – For fry | |
| 9 | Coriander leaves | Handful |
| 10 | Coriander powder | 1/2 tsp |
| 11 | Garam masala powder | 1 tsp |
| 12 | Lemon juice | 1 tsp |
| 13 | Chopped onion | 1 |
Method:
- Wash mutton adds salt, red chilly, turmeric powder, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste.
- Mix together. Add 1 cup of water , cook till water is absorbed and meat is tender.
- Remove from flame, keep aside.
- Add coriander leaves , coriander powder, garam masala powder, green chilly to meat .
- Grind meat into a fine paste.
- Add chopped onion to meat dough and mix well.
- Pat the mince mixture in hands, and stick it to the toothpick like a sheikh Kebab.
- Heat oil in a pan.and deep fry kebabs till golden brown.
- Serve hot with onions and lemon .
